How can I learn TRE® ?

I teach one-to-one or small groups (open or closed groups) of clients. There are perks to both.

One-to-one lessons

  • ideal for introducing TRE®
  • for those who find it difficult to relax in a group setting and do not like to share their feelings
  • for those whose physical, mental or emotional state requires an individual approach

  • allows for tailor-made lessons, the focus just on you

 Closed group lessons/workshops

  • Closed group sessions/workshops (usually 1 meeting per week, 1.5 hours, 6 weeks in length) allow you to participate in the collective energy of the group, deepen your practice and learn from experience of others

Open group lessons/workshops

  • Group one-off workshops open to anyone who has completed a 6-week workshop or at least 2 sessions with me or another certified provider

How long will it take me to learn the TRE® so that I can use it safely and effectively on my own?

The method can generally be mastered in 4-6 sessions. Of course, it depends on the state of the client's nervous system.

Although this method is simple at first sight, its actual mastery and healthful use depends on the ability to read the subtle signals of one's own body. This ability can be developed in anyone, but it cannot be mastered in a single session.

The client can then choose to continue with me or to pursue the method at home on his/her own, consulting only when necessary.

Proč se naučit TRE® s certifikovaným instruktorem?

Even though you may find description of TRE® exercises on the internet, the information about neurogenic tremor, self-regulation and other important aspects of the whole process are quite simplified in those. If the exercises are not performed correctly, you may put your health at risk or release too much tension at once and rather make yourself worse off. 

Yet another reason may be a very different quality of experience in a guided session, which allows you to relax more due to being contained by somebody else and thus uncover layers of tension that you may be unconsciously avoiding when working on your own. 

My goal is to teach you to use the method safely and independently in a few sessions. Whether your continue on your own, regularly or occassionally with me, or participate in group sessions is entirely up to you.
